Don't worry this has happened to us in the past....just make sure you have all your paperwork with you and go to the Thomson desk at the airport and they will help you...it was not a problem for us ...in fact we bypassed the queue at checkin and got through quicker!

I would still try and ring them before you go....and they will probably tell you to pick up at the airport.....of course they still may arrive in the post before you go...

No problem. Thomson head office have a reputation for failing to get tickets out on time. Assuming it's a fly/cruise on one of trheir charter flights, as long as you know your flight time you can just turn up at the airport with your paperwork, incl confirmation of your cabin number if you have one. .......... you may be asked to go to another desk at the airport to collect tickets. ................ its the usual story with them, nothing to worry about. .............. and the crew on their ships are 100x more efficient. Have a worry-free Xmas - and a great cruise ........Chris
