You did not say whether you were flying schudule or charter flight as the service can differ greatly.
I expect with either service there will be meals but as for drinks you may be expected to pay if it's a charter flight, but having said that many of the schudule airlines now charge for alcoholic drinks in economy class.
It should say in the brochure who you are flying with, and did you not check at time of booking what you get for premium seats. When I book any sort of travel I have a list of questions that I get answered to my satisfaction before I finally tell the travel agent to go ahead.
Until you know the operator of your flight it is difficult to say so I would make a determined effort to find that out because the service may include the chance to select your seats and the sooner you know how to do this then the better the seat you can choose, some include “Executive Check-in” useful to know if you are making a taxi booking and some offer: Wider seats with extra recline or even business class seats . Up to 5 inches extra legroom. Upgraded menus. Free drinks (except Champagne). Free in-flight entertainment with seat back video or personal DigEplayer. Free “Comfort pack”.
All very exciting and worth knowing about …so find out who your carrier is, your agent or cruise line will know, then look them up on the net. …. Neil
