Thomas Cook and Thomsonfly. I have just returned from Barbados. TC flew to manchester and Tom to Gatwick though if that remains the same i dont know. The Thomsonfly flight I was on was a First Choice Aircraft and crew and very lovely it was too - though i was in premium. Thompsons have taken over First Choice. If you can get a Tom flight grab it as TC is terrible. (at least it was to the med). TC have also taken over Airtours aircraft though i dont know what state those aircraft or crew are in !! Have a lovely time - I wish I was going too.

You are likely to be correct. I flew to Barbados on a TC A330 airbus. Sardines in a can have more elbow room. My colleague and his wife were seated next to a VERY large chap who spilled over and took up half of the adjacent person's seat. The poor chap arrived with a huge crick in his neck. There's really nothing you can do but grit your teeth and bear it.

I flew with TC on an A330 airbus to Vancouver. I sat 8 rows from the rear, where the seating format changes to 2-4-2, and had excellent legroom. About 7 rows of seats have been removed to make way for the better legroom, although I think that it is only in the long haul flights. Just thank your lucky srars that you are not flying with United, they are the pits, even though we went on a 777, the legroom was the worst that I have experienced. Dave.

When we went with them they used Thomas Cook. We travelled from Birmingham. Believe Virgin are also doing Ocean Village cruises this year.
