Neil & Ida Down - Answered a Question by D&B (02 Feb 09 20:24)

I have just used quite a few BA airmiles but on an upgrade but I can tell you that if you book your airmiles seat first then your paying seat next you will find that will work because there are always fewer seats available for purchase by airmiles than the other. I am also sure that you can book the two at the same time if you go through to 0191 490 7901 and you can check everything out with them that way too. You will get priority on that line if you are a BA "Executive Member" which I am assuming you are with that many airmiles. ....... Neil.

There are BA Miles and there are Airmiles...........two separate things. Airmiles is now a travel company and you collect their miles via credit card purchases/ Tesco/ Shell, etc.....................BA miles are what you get when flying with British Airways. I tried to use my Airmiles for flights to connect with a cruise this Easter but they will not book you unless you are flying to and from the same place.
