In previous years flights were almost always included in the advertised price. However, in recent months it seems more and more cruise lines are quoting a price that is cruise only. Read the small print carefully to see the true price. It seems a good price until you find out the flight and transfer prices. Check the cruise line's price for flights and transfers against doing it yourself. Recently my quote to Barcelona from Royal Caribbean with British Airways was cheaper than I could do it myself with Easyjet.
As a general rule flights are included, if not, the words 'Cruise Only' are prominent some where in the blurb. You can still choose to book 'cruise only' should you wish to make your own travel arrangements, just ask a cruise agent to quote as such......Wilba.
