It is generally accepted that RCI are the best cruise line for family holidays. They are mostly sold out for the Med for this summer holiday season already which indicates their popularity.
Agree RCI are said to be the best for families. MSC do free child places and whilst this might sound attractive, bear in mind that whilst there will be loads of other children on board, they will be mainly Italian and German and hardly any british passenger.
P&o oceana brill holiday took a 14yr and 8yr was our first time.
I would agree with Ferrand, we sailed on Oceana last year with 2 boys aged 13 and 9. They thoroughly enjoyed the whole cruise and we had to drag them out of kids club to have a meal with us.
