It depends on what type of cabin you have. Balcony cabins are great, really spacious with lots of storage. Inside cabins are smaller but still with plenty of storage. They serve lots of types of beers onboard. You'll probably be spoilt for choice!

Nice beers mostly in cans but expensive. just returned and surprised how expensive. try and book this end for some as gifts and they work out a bit cheaper. out side cabins are wonderful especially balcony cabins.

Cabins that overlook the promenade i found were noisy, i asked to be moved as you could hear the jacuzzis heat up above our cabin at 3.30am!!! We were moved to a premier balcony which was fantastic, if you can afford it!!

How did you hear the jacuzzi's from the promenade when they're on about deck 12 and promenade rooms stop on deck 8?! i had a promenade room and it was great!

I agree grumpy but they might be home educated and in the circumstances in addition to the beer the family might also need to know about smoking rules...
