If you don't like loud music forget this excursion. We did this in January. The bus arrived to pick us up and you could hear the music from down the road. Take earplugs with you because they don't turn the volume down. On the way out to the beach they played latin and salsa music and the driver kept his hand on the horn most of the time. It was deafening. You can have rum punch or beer on board. When you get to the beach they set up a table and serve a snack and another drink. Then they take you to a place where they sell pearls and jewellry and gifts quite reasonably priced. When you get back on the bus for the journey back you are served with drinks again. The music this time is pop and it makes you sing along. Then they get you up dancing in the aisle. If you like this sort of thing it can be fun especially if you like rum. I enjoyed it, my husband hated it. You have been warned!!!!

Thanks for taking the time to reply, the noise shouldnt be a problem (I hope!!),it sounds like fun. Did you book thru the ship,or was the trip available independantly? Are there any other trips you can recomend Thanks.
