If you go to the Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines web site you will find all the excursions that are going to be done on your cruise. Against each excursion you will find an icon indicating the easiness to the difficulty of each. You will also find a descriptions of the amount of steps and obstacles or lack of them. This should give you a reasonable indication of what to expect. Stingray City is certainly a possible tour and as for Dunn’s River Falls you have the right idea as the falls are extremely slippery but the beach at the bottom is ok to laze around on or go for a dip. Many of the excursions overemphasis the difficulty to allow for litigatious people so you can give them a little leeway if you really want to do something. You'll love it just stay very street-wise when you go around .... Neil.
