The taxi ride to the restaurant/market cost 5-6 Euros each way (depending on which route the driver takes. This is a lovely beach. Or you can get a bus from the end of the pier. Possibly a number 10 but you can always ask at the bus stop. The beach has a lovely promenade you can walk along and there is a small flea market with the usual gear for sale. Also there is a cafe with outside seating facing the beach. The journey takes around 20/25 mins. The beach is children friendly and you can buy buckets and spades from the market. The beach has soft white sand.
