Q: can anyone confirm if cigarettes are on sale on Island Star this being 2012 and all comments seem to be from 2009 on this subject. If you do know can you confirm if its most UK brands or only a small selection and finally the cost of them. Thanks in advance	2 answers 427 views

I am assuming you mean the Island Escape, as last I heard the Island Star was in Australia! Last year on the Island Escape the waiters were more interested in selling cigarettes than serving drinks! On a med cruise they are only available from the bar, cartons of 200. Not all brands, just the most popular ones, and quite a bit more expensive than in the shop at palma, about 200 yards from the terminal.

The reason you can't find any information newer than 2009 is that the Island Star was renamed in that year and now sails for Pulmantur. Try searching for Island Escape if that is who you are sailing with.
