You will find that the drink prices on the Destiny are very reasonable...much the same as pub prices in UK I depends how much you normally drink as to whether the all inclusive is worth the cost....if you work out how much you would normally spend on alcohol and soft drinks when you are on holiday and then look at the price of the all inclusive that should give you a clue. If you book early you may be lucky and get a free all inclusive upgrade!!

Go all inclusive on the destiny its worth every penny. we are just back from our first cruise we are a couple in our 40s and friends . we paid 30 pounds per person yes you read this right.and belive us we sank that in one night. we booked in jan last year and got a great deal. but we have checked for next year sept again ahd found the price has gone up a great deal to around 169 pounds per person . buti would check with your travel agent you might geat a good deal. but even at that price its well worth it. great ship very relaxed excellent staff and not one bit snobby, and their is a brilliant little bar tender called grace. and if yousmoke you will not be dissapointed. good luck!

Hello just cruised on the celebrations went all inclusive and paid 169 each for it, it all depends how much you drink and if you like to have coffees ect during the day ,you can get a coffee anytime on the lido deck from the machines but if you are all incusive you can get it waiter service from the bars, and get different types (lattes, cappichino ect),if you are not all inclusive you pay £1.50 for them, same goes for soft drinks during the day, they are free if all inclusive 1.25 per tin if not, you also if you want get nuts ,prigles ect free, the two draft beers are stella and boddingtons, 2.85 per pint, spitits 2.85 with a dash of mixer, cocktails are 3.40 and mocktails(no alcohol) 1.90 ,wine 2.85,sparkling wine 3.45 all are free with all inclusive, you also grt a discount if you want something thats not in the all includive list eg canned beers and bottles,so it all depends on how much you drink and how much you all inclusive package was ,hope this helps.

Thomson Cruise A whole new...

By Brad Smith

From the airline purchasing brand new Dreamliner planes from Boeing, to the introduction of exclusive properties to cater for every type of holiday maker.Whilst working there I saw a few minor changes to the cruise side of the business, but nothing dramatic. The ships were always old and small, but customers loved them none the less. Well, that’s changed con...

Amy Ginder's blog

This time of year we have a lot of calls asking for late availability for the school holidays. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but it is very late in the day. Most cruise lines have filled all of their 3 and 4 berth cabins and those that have space will charge you astronomical prices. So what do you do if you are looking to cruise in the school holidays? The answer is book early! Book now for 2018, if you leave it to nearer the time not only will the prices climb but you are unlikely to ge...

Thomson Cruises have made some changes in recent years and things are really working for them, in the last 5 years they have seen an increase in passenger numbers of 40%, with 20% being in the last year alone. They have always been looked down upon by a lot of customers, although unjustly so as their reviews have always been good. But with older ships and less of the pomp and ceremony of other lines they have been viewed as being at the lower end of the market. In 2016, they made a major ...
