Seabourn do have formal evenings and it would be embarrassing not to wear a dinner jacket. if people can't be bothered to make an effort they shouldn't book an expensive cruise, there are plenty of less formal cruises out there.

I don't think Seabourn have formal evenings - unless you wish to wear formal dress yourself.
