As usual Mr or Mrs Aldrich is right but I like to dress nicely whenever I go to a good restaurant to eat, it adds to the occasion for me and the food on Rhapsody is very pleasant....Heathe.

The dress code is available on the RCI site: There are three distinct types of evenings onboard: casual, smart casual and formal. Suggested guidelines for these nights are: Casual: Sport shirts and slacks for men, sundresses or pants for women. Smart Casual: Jackets and ties for men, dresses or pantsuits for women Formal: Suits and ties or tuxedos for men, cocktail dresses for women .

Try the RCI web site it gives both the dress codes and how many formal/casual etc, night to expect for the length of cruise they are doing, the codes are recommended not compulsory its nice to dress up and does make it a nicer experience but due to weight restrictions if your flying to join a ship you need to pack carefully some people skip the formal dress and go for smart with a sports coat or blazer with a tie, best dress as they feel happy with i have never seen any one refused a meal yet ?
