Hi, I was on the New Year Canaries cruise on Indy and we arrived at the port just after 11 and there were quite a few people already on board. We also found our cases were at the stateroom when they were released at 1pm so earlier may be better for this. We heard other people at the 6pm sitting saying they hadn't had their cases. It takes a while to sort everything. Enjoy!
