Good luck finding a cruise this late for Christmas/new year 2009/10, I have had my 2010/11 Christmas/New Year cruise booked for 2 months now

I thought that I had sent this answer already, but it seems not to have registered. P&O's "H'Arcadia" sails for the Caribbean from Southampton on 18th December, returning there on 10th January. This is a highly recommendable ship and is child free. You should be aware that these cruises over Christmas and the New Year are extremely popular, and that already you may not be able to get the cabin you want! Best of luck!

Check out P&O - they do occasional 3-week Caribbeans from Southampton. .........If I read that folk told you they boarded in Palma for Caribbean I suspect that was a repositioning cruise, switching from Med to Carib or vice-versa - but these are cruise one-way & fly the other, and would not be available in December. .............Or mebbe you mean that they had a fly-cruise flying to/from Palma from the UK, & cruising the Med from/to Palma - several lines, incl OV do this, tho I dont see how that solves your prblem - or am I being thick , as usual ..............regards, Chris

You could take Queen Mary 2 or Queen Victoria from Southampton to New York and pick up a cruise from their and then back the same way but quite costly and time comsuming, best give the 0800 number a bell and see what they say...Bill

I would give the numer at the top of page and ask the guys at cruise.co.uk what is available as Xmas cruises anr booked up fairly early in the year. You may be able to sail from southampton though.
