Not travelled on the Ventura but it has 25 wheelchair access cabins which is higher than most other ships so I doubt access to the dining areas would be an issue.

If you look in the cruise revue section on the left you will see a revue on this by a wheelchair user.

We were on the Ventura last October and my brother was travelling with us and he is in a wheelchair. The disabled cabins are fantastic and very spacious. All the restaurants are accessible with the wheel chair and they will really look after you on this ship. The only thing I would say is leave plenty of time to get in a left when it comes to your evening meal because the lifts get used lots at this time (and mostly by people who can easily take the stairs) so leave your cabin in plenty of time to avoid this frustration. Have a great cruise.

Steve Fuller's blog

So, the new Royal Caribbean ship The Symphony of the Seas has done her maiden voyage and will be delighting her customers as this ship is amazing.I was lucky enough to board her for two nights recently and she didn’t disappoint. Another ship in the Oasis class along with her sister ship, The Oasis, The Allure & Harmony of the seas. She’s identical to the Harmony. It’s so nice when you go on a brand new ship. I can see why everyone books in advance to get on any maiden vo...

Royal Caribbean seem to always be one step ahead from the rest when it comes to technology. They seem to be investing to make sure they have the infrastructure on their ships to have correct Wi-Fi and the latest technologies. The newer Royal Caribbean ships are all using a new technology, marketed as Voom which has improved internet access aboard. Here you can stream and watch videos on your devices easily.Royal Caribbean are also working on a new boarding process that uses facial recogni...
