WORLD CRUISE

By Lincoln, Southend on Sea on 20th Jul 2014
On arrival on the Auroa we were surprised at how many of the staff said that they recognised us. None of these were on the Aurora when we had a normal two week cruise two years ago. Suddenly we realised why when we saw 23 canvasses and portraits of my partner...  Read More >>

This cabin is near the lifts and stairwell to the Medina restaurant. I do not know which of the two main restaurants are open for waiter service breakfast and lunch but I think it is the other one. therefore the toilets will only be used by diners who will have left by 10.30pm and the shops close between 10 & 11pm. After that all should be really quiet. I believe that your cabin is in a corridor and NOT open to the shops. It is the back wall of the shops that you see on the deck plan. I have never smelt anything untoward outside toilets on any ship I have been on. You should be pleased with a HUGE cabin, midship and in such a convenient place (excuse the pun). If you don't want it I will have it. Perfect for the long days over the Atlantic. Enjoy!
