So how does anyone on a cruise forum website have the information you require when all it takes is picking up a telephone or walking into anyone of thousands of travel agents in the UK. I can't wait to find out how you eventually answer your ridiculous question!

As I said in the first response is the problem the fact that those new to the forum might see it as the medium to ask questions of www.CRUISE.co.uk staff?
How is the question ridiculous? If the person posting trhe question thought they were contacting www.CRUISE.co.uk rather than cruisers, then the question makes sense.
Oh come on John! My choice of the word ridiculous, I agree, was not a good one, but anyone looking at this website for the first time can see that questions are not answered by staff of a travel agency but members of 'joe public'. The amount of ill thought out questions by people who just can't be bothered to read questions already asked a few lines down is one example. This was not the case in this instance, but a quick scan of the page would surely identify what it's all about. Is that too much to ask? Yes my answer was harsh but it's still the best suggestion offered. If the gent phones the number at the top of the page, asks that simple one line question that he posed, no need to give any personal details that he's concerned about, he will get a simple yes or no answer. Is life really becoming that difficult these days?.....Yours Dispairingly. Wilba.
I think you have too much time on your hands, I will just state again. If you can't help, don't bother! I hope this will be the end of my asking questions, I stupidly thought that someone would help on this page. Please let me know what the terlephone number is at the top of the page. I couldn't find one !!

The advice I gave you was practical, easily understood by any one with common sense & would have been easily resolved by most people a week ago & considering your question was ill conceived, ill thought out & impossible to answer by anyone other than a Travel Agent or Fred Olsen, I stand by my first response. P.S. With 4 clicks of the mouse on this very site, F.O. have availability on all Caribbean sailings 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th, all cabin grades available. So maybe you'll put your happy hat on now!.....P.P.S Balmoral is not in the Caribbean in March, it's in Singapore!

I know there is a Get a Quote link but it is such a route march when you have a simple question.
