Q: Just wondered if anyone can explain, I use a wheelchair
has I have MS and Ruematiod Arthritis and in need of a handicaped cabin, and although I booked my cruise 12 months ago, at which time they where being released a week early for Captains Club members, even then there where none available. Any advice please.

I am not sure I understand- you booked a cruise despite not having an accessible cabin available? You need an accessible cabin to be able to maneuver a w/c or use the bathroom, so I would call Celebrity and see if any of those people who booked them have since cancelled... if not and the people booked do not need them Celebrity can bump someone by offering them an upgrade.
