You will be able to book on board - be prepared to still be at the airport in the early afternoon though, so a long wait ahead. You don't say how many people but Larry's Limo will do a charter for the day that will take you on an Everglades tour, out shopping, out to eat and end with bringing you to the airport. I am also a great advocate of hiring a car and DIY and then leaving the car at the airport.

If you 'Google' 'Everglades tours' there is so many to choose from you won't know where to start. Good Luck. Wilba P.S. Don't be suprised if they are a pile of money cheaper than the ships offerings!

They do close internet booking as you get close to the sailing date but as you have not said the date or even the ship it is difficult to say. Wilba's suggestion sounds good provided you can arrange for your cases to go with you. .... Neil.

Independence of the Seas havin...

By Lisa West

Next week sees the start of our family cruise on board the Independence of the Seas. I have never sailed on the Indy but was lucky enough to be on the launch back in April 2008. I did really like the ship, especially the Royal Promenade so I am really looking forward to it. My biggest concern is how busy the ship will be. Having children at school means I have to travel in the main summer period, which of course jumps up the price but also makes everywhere so busy. Only time to tell..I h...

Yes, Cruises Really Do Sell Out!!.

By Alison Ranaldi

Alison Ranaldi's blog

This morning a two night cruise on Celebrity Silhouette went on sale for 28th April next year. This will be the first time Silhouette has sailed from Southampton so a great opportunity to see the ship without the hassle of flying. At a lead-in fare from just 299pp including all drinks, food, entertainment and gratuities, it was a bargain.Silhouette takes nearly three thousand passengers and as I write this, there are only a handful of cabins remaining which we expect to see go in the next hour...
