We have done freedom dining on Crown Princess and The Ventura. Works simply like it says. Just turn up at the dining room when you like and you will be seated. If you just want a table for two it can usually be accomodated. They may give you a bleeper to call you when one is available but we have never had to wait too long. Does what it says on the tin and leaves you not being tied to times. We recommend it. And if you get seated with people you don't get on with then it doesn't matter as you only have to tolerate it once.......Enjoy
