Q: Does anyone know whether the table salt in the restaurants is normal salt or of the Low Salt type? This may seem an extremely trivial question but I am a bit of a salt addict (which I know is not good for me) and I find the taste of Low Salt very unpleasant. If Low Salt is the only choice available then I will be packing my own salt pot! 12 answers

I actually do not think that 'Outcast' has an actual issue with pepper as his question followed this question!!

Does that mean that 'Salt' is an old 'Sea dog' sorry for the pun as 'Pepper' is a Black and White cat.

Did you know that Low salt is not good for you either as the Kidney clinic says its too high in potassiam, its apparently worse than normal salt, it shocked me when they said it , Rock/.sea salt is a little better for you.

Low salt, low calorie and low sugar options are never standard on any ship, but normally optional.
