It is waiter service in all the restaurants on the Jade except the Garden Restaurant where the food is fine but finding a table etc is very difficult. Service is exceptional in the restaurants with a cover charge and the waiters in the main restaurants the Alizar and the Grand Pacific work very hard.

Main dining rooms on all ships are waiter service. Buffet service is available in a separate restaurant, usually on the upper decks.

Hi We have just had an incredible holiday on the Jade - one tip get the 10% surcharge taken off your bill - we dfid no problem. The onlly resturants that are buffet are the Garden and Topsiders, the rest are buffet. Alizars and Grand Pacific are waiter and dress up and no cover charge Heather Pick.
