There are highchairs available in both the dining room and the Windjammer and plenty of people happy to help get you set up. A baby will get all kinds of help and attention from the crew as a lot of them have their own kids at a similar age at home that do not get to see.
Please note that parents who bring babies on a cruise should be respectful of other passengers and be prepared to excuse themselves if their baby starts crying.
