Harwich - Constellation 13/6 - 27/6/09 There was a car park for Celebrity. You can pre-book if you allow enough time, we didn't pre-book (I forgot), there was loads of space. You pay on the way in, drive alongside the luggage carriers who take your luggage. Then drive to the parking area, note carefully where you are as two weeks later it is hard to remember. The bus picks you up from the end of the row you have parked in. On return your baggage sticker is coloured for the car park. You travel by celebrity arranged bus to the car park entrance. You collect your luggage at the entrance and take it to the car. The areas were all in the open so I don't know what happens if it rains, we were lucky. It took about 30 minutes from being called for disembarking to pulling out of the car park. Enjoy the trip.

At Southampton you usually leave your keys with the company and they go and park it and it will be in the pound right adjacent to the ship when you get off. I always make a note of the mileage when I drop the car off, and make sure I leave a copy on the passenger seat.

Most car parks are within a short walk of the terminals, but it does depend which port.

If you are talking about Dover the ship almost docks in the car park, if it's Harwich I have no idea. .....Neil
