Have you not bothered to see what you are getting for your money BEFORE you booked? The Thomson cruises brochure will tell you exactly what you can expect, and have some photos! Happy cruising.

How do you know. If you have been and seen it in the flesh why ask .

I still cannot come to terms with the fact that you booked the most expensive cabin on the ship without knowing what you were getting, especially in comparison with other ships. It doesn't even have a balcony, but here goes! The Presidential Suite of the Thomson Spirit which is on Eagle Deck is Small by comparison to suites aboard many other ships, and measures 464 sq. ft (43.1 sq. meters). It is located on the port side of the uppermost accommodation deck. There is a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, wet bar, study and dining areas, television, VCR, and stereo system. The bathroom includes a whirlpool tub, double sink unit, and a separate powder room. I hope this goes someway to making you feel a little more justified in your blind booking. I presume that you must have been offered a very good deal so, happy cruising.

In reply to your comments we have sailed on the Spirit before but could not have a look in the cabin but I was told it is 1st class luxury. we will be celebrating our golden wedding on the days on board and we do love sailing on the Spirit.

You dont need a balcony to have luxury as we know been on over 22 cruises most with balconies which you cant use if the weather is inclement anyway !
