You will have a kettle and tea coffee and milk in your cabin. Ask your steward if you need any special teas or decaf coffee. Otherwise you can get supplies from the Windjammer buffet. You will also have a small fridge if you want to use real milk that is also available from the Windjammer. As for Formal nights just be minded that Royal Caribbean only recommend a dress code now, so they don't enforce any.

If you are sailing from Southampton then there will be a kettle in your cabin. Formal nights tend to happen on sea days and on a 14 night cruise there will be at least 2 or 3. Check the RCI website for more information.

We are on the IOS also in June 16th there is definitely a kettle in the cabins with tea bags sugar coffee and milk also 2 cups, there will be at least 3 formal nights on a 14 night cruise.
