Yes. P&O have kettle, teapot, cups, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, biscuits, etc, replenished twice a day.

Yes there is and it is replenished as your steward does the room ,mornibg and evening.

Yes there are the cabin steward replaces was has been used including biscuits.

Don't know about P&O but just came off Royal Caribbean and they didn't. Neither does Island Cruise.

Many thanks for answering my query. Been on Royal Caribbean and Princess and they did not have facilities. Do not like to bother room service for something so trivial so good to know P&O do it.
