The cabins you mention are well forward of the engine room and probably have storage areas beneath them so noise issues shouldn't be a problem. Also, being lower down will minimise the effects of rolling should you encounter rough seas. If you refer to the deck plan you will see that the medical centre is close by and they wouldn't locate that in a poor section of the ship. Have a nice cruise.

F132 and F134 should be fine, if it was between F102 to F122 you would have had people walking past when tenders are being used. The cabins should be the same standard except for porthole, we have had a GG on P deck. Have a good holiday.
