We have just come back today, 4 night cruise Dover Bruge-Cherbourg-Gurnsey-Dover Deck 5 Verandah Balcony cabin 5122. Very good size cabin Mini Bar.etc . Good views. Full breakfast in cabin every morning. Staff excellent. Downside, the Rembrant restaurant, so called open dining is a farce, far too long queing,we had to queue at 6.15pm! when I queried the long wait I was told the restaurant could only hold 600. We had just come down from the upstairs part and it was EMPTY! When you get on there you will see what I mean. A lot of very annoyed customers, very poor in operation. You can book ring at 6am when bookings open and beat the rush!! Some people we met had a great meal at the Pinnacle Restaurant. Formal Night not very good. Never saw any of the Officers or Captain to make it an occasion as you do on other cruise lines. Shows good. Never come across this before, food stops at midnight. 15% on drinks very bad. Nightclub, limited and strange seating. Glad we had a look and overall we had a good time and you will enjoy it, but we wont be going on the Eurodam again. We will stick to Thomsons - P and O - Ocean Village, better value for money, no add ons and more to do on the ship.
