You can ask the cruise company about their rules to bring alcohol onboard.Maby you will have to seal it, and leave it al a special deposit and they will return it at the end of the trip. But, there is a big chance that you can put it somwhere in your bag, and they will not notice it.

Hi, we went on the ship for three weeks last year, we bought bottles ashore and took them back to our cabin, nobody ever checked our bags getting back on the ship, if you buy bottles in the shop onboard the ship you can only collect them the day before you leave the ship going home. have a good time and say hello to papa the singing drinks waiter.

Thank you very much. My husband enjoys a rum and coke in the cabin and it will save a few pennies. Thank you again for taking the time to answer.
