We were on the Balmoral in June out of Rome and they had Stella draught lager at around £2.20/pint. At that time there was only one bar where you could smoke, but that may have changed since then.

Beer is reasonably priced and there is a good selection of bottled beers available - stella and a decent draught beer was on tap.

Many Thanks. Just spent a very pleasant 32 days aboard Balmoral on the first sector of her world cruise. (apart from the pirates) Yes Stella and Boddingtons were available at £2.55 pt. Also they picked up some excellent local beers on route which sold for c £1.60. So no problem with the beers and the bar staff as usual were excellent. Sadly as a non-smoker I found the atmosphere in the Lido and Observatory bars quite unpleasant as smoking is allowed in both. The Morning Light room (supposed to be the "Pub-type" bar) was utterly soulless. Who on earth designed it? They'd clearly never been to an English Country Pub. Pity really... We still met some interesting fellow bar-flys though!

Party Animal At My Age?

My holiday on Celebrity Reflection… What was the entertainment like? Well there is of course the bars and lounges but this ship had something special…….Silent Disco – Now ive got to say i haven’t been to a disco since 1985, so I would imagine a lot has changed over the years and to my amazement we had the Silent Disco, actually the ship arranged two of them, one on the top sun deck and one in the Solarium, which was by day a tranquil place to snooze, swim or try ...
