Depends on the itinerary Generally not in the Baltic. See the Thomson web site for next year and whether or not it is "free" or what the price is if if you want to pay for it.

I went on Thomason Destiny - Moorish Delights - this year and it was 'all inclusive' - brilliant cruise, lovely ship - if a little old/dated, but nothing drastic, thoroughly enjoed the holiday and as we were all -inc we sampled different cocktails every night - great fun. Jan.
