For the greatest choice of cruises and cruise lines Southampton is probably your best bet.
Amongst other ports which have regular cruise departures are Dover, Harwich and Liverpool.

Fred. Olsen have cruises from Dover, Southampton, Liverpool, Greenock, Rosyth and Newcastle

You cannot sail aboard ocean Village from the UK; however, there are a large number of options from UK ports - why not ring the free phone number at the top right of this page and speak to a travel agent about what you'd like to do.
