Day Trip Onboard MS Emily Bronte!

On Tuesday I was invited to Cologne to visit Rivera Travel’s newest ship, MS Emily Bronte.

I’ve never sailed with Riviera but, I have visited the William Shakespear which, to be honest, didn’t impress me.

The Emily Bronte, however, is on a different level!!

She has three decks, 88 cabins and can carry 169 guests.

We boarded on Diamond (Upper deck) and were greeted with a stunning marble floored lobby with reception, tour desk, and Souvenir shop leading through to the very elegant panorama lounge.

The lounge is really spacious and I loved it when the captain showed us the secrets hidden inside the piano!

Aft of diamond deck you will find the Bistro an open kitchen where you can enjoy alfresco and take in the stunning views from the panoramic windows.

Ruby (Middle deck) is where you will find the main restaurant, this serves a buffet breakfast, buffet lunch, and 4-course evening meal. We were very lucky and got to experience the 4 course meal for lunch. As you can see by the photos the food was exceptional!!

Emerald (Lower Deck) Along with a fitness centre, here you will also find a Wellness centre with nail salon and hairdressers.

Riviera have really thought of everything with this ship, The sun deck is really spacious and kitted out with plenty of lounges along with putting green and last but not least a splash pool!!
