The appeal of frozen is still going strong and every little girls dreams will come true on board the Disney Wonder as it has been revealed the musical show on board will be  a musical take of the Disney hit film.

It will debut on the ship starting November 2016 and the 1,754 passengers  will be able to sing along to their hearts content . This ship will be getting a refurbishment and sailing out of Texas ready to run the show and Disney are very excited about it all.

“We’re so excited to bring ‘Frozen, A Musical Spectacular’ to the stage of the Walt Disney Theatre on the Disney Wonder. The production is going to delight each one of our guests because it’s a story for absolutely everyone in the family,” said Jim Urry, Vice President, Entertainment, Disney Cruise Line, in a press release.

I love a good show when on board a cruise and my favorite has to be ‘We will Rock you’ on board the Anthem of the seas. The production was brilliant and I couldn’t believe how fantastic they were and some of the girls voices in the show were unbelievable. It did surprise us when Curly watts popped up as one of the characters in the show but not a bad gig if you can get it I suppose.

The shows on board cruises always impress me and I think Disney have made a great decision in bringing Frozen to the Disney Wonder . It has been one of the biggest hits of all times and the production on board will included all the classic sing a longs such as Frozen Heart, Do You Want to Build a Snowman?, For the First Time in Forever, Love is an Open Door, Let it Go, Reindeer(s) Are Better Than People, In Summer, and Fixer Upper.

I’m sure the stage is going to look amazing and will have some amazing costumes and special effects.  I think there will be a snow machine in action as well giving its all to create the scene and will definitely give the show a bit of Disney magic.

Other Attractions coming to the Disney Wonder will include a Marvel Super Hero Academy, It’s a Small World Nursery, Tiana’s Place restaurant, an English-style pub and the Twist n Spout waterslide. The ship goes into dry dock in Cadiz, Spain on September 9 and will emerge October 23.

The ship will operate Bahamas and Caribbean sailings from Galveston through January 2017, when it will move to Port Canaveral (via two short sailings to and then from San Juan) to homeport for the spring.
