P&O release 2019 cruises this week….is it time to book?

It’s that time of year again when P&O release their March to October 2019 programme. I have been busy booking my loyal P&O customers who religiously book early without fail each year. So why you may ask do they do this and what’s in it for you to book so early.

Early booking discounts are always a real reason to book early. As a past passenger you will receive an automatic 5% discount, plus if you choose a pennisular cruise you will get an additional 5%. For single passengers it’s wise to book early you will get the lowest single supplements or even be lucky enough to get a single cabin at a great price. Remember they are very limited so the earlier you book the better. For families you will get your child reduction prices at their best,  they will creep up closer to the adult prices as the availability drops. Don’t worry if you haven’t cruised with P&O before you will still be able to receive an early booking offer/discount from your cruise agent.

When booking your cruise so far in advance you rarely have to compromise on any aspect of your cruise, you can choose the date and itinerary you really want instead of the one that’s available.  You will have your first choice of cabin, it’s very rare when I book for my customers this early that I’m not able to book one of their first three cabin number choices. You can also guarantee your dining time, this I think can make or break your cruise and booking early means you can dine at 830pm without worrying about being added to a waiting list or worrying you have left it so late you will have to dine at 6pm. This is your cruise holiday and booking early will make sure it meets all of your needs and not just some.

For families I say this is definitely the time to book your P&O cruise. Three and four berth cabins are limited and once they are gone that’s it they are gone. If you have children I would advise you to get your cruise booked as soon as you can to avoid any disappointment, all too often families miss out ad are not able to sail on their chosen itinerary.  P&O have a set number of children they will accept on board each sailing , for example they will have age ranges like 3-4 year olds, 5-8 year olds and so on. Once the age range reaches the maximum number of children it is closed meaning that if your child falls into that category then you can’t book the cruise. P&O are very strict on this for safety reasons and once closed they won’t allow even one more booking!

So as you can see from above there are plenty of reasons to get yourself organised and get your 2019 cruise booked. If you are interested in booking your 2019 P&O cruise and would like some further information do let me know. Call me on 0800 408 6101 or email me directly at [email protected].

As always thanks for reading, until next time Abbi x
